When You Place an Order with Us

If We Ever Have to Decline an Order

We really hope this never happens, but sometimes we may need to cancel an order—like if:

If that ever happens, we’ll email you right away and refund any money you paid—within 30 days. We’re not able to offer extra compensation, but we promise we’ll be honest and quick to respond.

Changing Your Mind (Cancellation)

  • If your order has already shipped, please don’t open it—just send it back to us at your own cost.

  • Once we get the return or confirm cancellation, we’ll refund you within 30 days.

  • If the item was damaged, used, or not returned properly, we may deduct the cost of restoring it from your refund.

Delivery Details

  • We ship to the address you provide at checkout—so please double-check that it’s correct.

  • Orders are usually shipped within a few days and should arrive within 30 days at most.

  • Once your order is delivered, it’s officially yours. From that point on, you're responsible for keeping it safe.
