This policy is for orders shipped within the United States.

Returns – Simple, Clear, and Fair

What’s Eligible?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 20 days from your purchase date to return it. We ask that the item:

Is unused and in its original condition

Comes in its original packaging

Includes proof of purchase (like your order number or email receipt)

How to Return:

If your package included a return label, just use that.

Didn’t get one? No worries—email us at info@leathrx.com and we’ll send you a digital return label to print at home.

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, whether the return is due to preference or product issues.

Refund Timeline:

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Legal Stuff (But in Simple Terms)

We follow all U.S. laws related to returns and refunds. Here’s the plain version:

You can return a product within 20 days of its arrival.

Whether you return something because it wasn’t what you expected or because of a defect, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If no return label is included in your shipment, just contact us and we’ll email one to you.

Exchanges – Getting It Right

Want Something Else Instead?

If you'd like to exchange your item, you also have 20 days from the date of purchase to request it. The item must still be:

Unused

In original condition

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Use the same steps as for a return. If the new item you’re after is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer alternative options—or refund you, if you prefer.

Important Notes:

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in new condition.

“New” means the product hasn’t been opened, worn, or used.

If an item looks used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged?

There are a few exceptions:

Customized or personalized products

Items marked final sale or clearance

(Unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.)

Need to Return or Exchange? Here’s How:

Email us at info@leathrx.com and tell us what you'd like to return or exchange.

Share your order number, the item(s) involved, and the reason.

Wait for instructions from us on how to proceed.

Pack the product carefully in its original or protective box.

Ship the product back via a traceable shipping option.

(Except in the event of a defect or shipping mistake, shipping charges are your responsibility.)

After we receive and verify the item, we will proceed with your refund or exchange immediately.

Refunds:

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account—it depends on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges:

If you’re eligible for an exchange, we’ll ship the new item ASAP, based on availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we’ll get in touch to offer similar options—or a full refund.

Received Something Wrong, Damaged, or Defective?

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll cover the cost of replacing or refunding damaged or incorrect items and guide you through the return process.
