Heads-Up on APO/PO Box Addresses
Currently, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. It's just a matter of getting your order to you safely and without problems.
Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — this means local customs duties or taxes (if any) aren’t included in our price and must be paid by the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order, just to be sure of any additional costs.

We love surprises—but orders with 10+ products typically don’t include complimentary items unless our support team has arranged something special with you beforehand.

Important Note:
After your tracking information is delivered, it's up to you to contact the courier if there are issues or attempted deliveries when you're not at home. In case of delays or attempted deliveries, we suggest you directly call the courier for rescheduling. In case multiple attempts go in vain and the parcel gets back or wasted by the courier, unfortunately, we can't provide a replacement or refund.
Shipping to One Address? We Might Combine Orders
If you’ve placed several orders going to the same place, we might bundle them into one shipment to save time (and a little carbon footprint!)—unless you ask us not to.
Tracking Info
Once your order is in the courier’s hands, we’ll email your tracking number. Please give it 24–48 hours to update. If you don’t see any movement after two days, feel free to reach out to us at [email] and we’ll check things out for you.
